I am longer than you realise
With straight stretches and curling bends
It seems that I lead nowhere
But there is a surprise at my end

A wilderness beyond your dreams
A vast and beautiful expanse
Carved through thick groves of gum trees
Waratahs and mountain devil plants

I’m here for all the seasons
The heat, the rain, the snow
If you take time to explore me
You’ll discover what I know
